Sycamore was traditionally used for home ware or Treen. It is a naturally light wood, presents food beautifully and is complimented by the darker steam-bent handle held in place with fumed oak pegs.
The timber is left unfinished (so no danger of allergies to nut oils). Oily food will leave a mark that will eventually wash out.
To clean - wash with warm soapy water, rinse and allow air-dry. The boards should not be washed in a dishwasher.

The platters are made to order. For Christmas 2025 please order by 14th November.
The serving platters are beautifully packaged in simple compostable cardboard and cleaning instructions will be included.
Post and packing is free to mainland UK.
