Sycamore is a naturally pale, native British timber, but may have some variations in colour and slight streaks and pips. Each shampoo dish is slightly different due to variations in the wood grain. The dishes are left unfinished (un-oiled) for easy maintenance, and can be lightly scrubbed with a brush if required. The reverse of the dish is engraved with our logo. Using solid shampoo bars reduces plastic waste.
Dimensions length 11.5 x width 8 x 2.5 cm.
The dish is packaged in greaseproof paper and posted in simple cardboard packaging. Post and packing is free to mainland UK.
Shampoo bars last longer if allowed to dry between use. Our impression is that this bar lasts as long as a plastic bottle of shampoo.
This bar is made with all natural ingredients and contains no palm oil. These ingredients are better for the planet than mass-produced alternatives. The solid Lavender and Rosemary shampoo bar is hand-made by locals “Lather and Smudge” using responsibly sourced, coconut, enriched with shea butter, and scented with lavender and rosemary essential oils. To use - rub bar onto wet hair and massage into gentle lather.
