The Taybank in Dunkeld is a historic destination pub on the banks of the River Tay. We designed, made and installed a new bar helping to transform a semi-derelict room into a warm inspirational place connected to the river outside. Brown oak was steam-bent onto a dramatic prow-like shape referencing the history of Viking raiders, and the current wooden boats used by salmon fishermen. There is a gorgeous natural, solid brown oak oiled counter top, curved lit shelving, over-bar light and window seat.
