St james church
St. James Church pews were commissioned after an extensive refurbishment of the historic church in Cruden Bay, Aberdeen.
The brief was to replace the much loved but heavy existing Pews with something lighter and manovaerable to enable greater versatility of the space. Similar to traditional pews, the design has sculpted ends which form a half arm but this time the arms are continued to form both the kneeler and the prayerbook shelves. The backrests and seats are curved which hugely improves comfort over traditional flat seats.
