New town settle

The NEW TOWN SETTLE is part bench, part cabinet and part functional art. The truly bespoke design started with a specific place (an entrance lobby in the New Town Edinburgh with a lovely curved wall) and a list of functions (a place to sit and take off boots and a place to store dog leads, umbrellas, keys, hats and gloves). The settle features: a beautiful steam-bent back rail that nestles into the curved alcove; a pair of comfortable hand shaped seats; drawers in solid oak with attractive end-grain wood patterns on the drawer fronts and hand turned spindles.
