Timbmet Table
Commissioned for the new HQ of Timbmet PLC, one of the UK's largest timber merchants, the table was designed to celebrate wood and in particular oak, in its many forms. Picking up on the theme of wood 'in stick' as timber is traditionally stored, the table centre piece is a log of burr oak seperated by brown oak 'sticks'. The top and both legs are 5m long planks of quarter sawn English oak - truly a celebration of the timber! Manufactured by Jeremey Pietersen
