RHS Chelsea 2024

We are thrilled to return to RHS Chelsea 2024 and will be bringing a new Clinker Bench (similar to our Reflection Bench above) plus some new designs to extend our Dalerb Garden Collection.
Creating our furniture is a slow process, as we begin with finding suitable local wood. The garden furniture is currently being made with oak offered to us by Glen Lyon estate after Storm Arwen (November 2021). The first step is for tree surgeons to cut the trunks into butts, secondly get them to a place where they can be uplifted, and thirdly move them to a place where a mobile saw mill can get alongside.

The planks then air-dried for a year, in our yard in Aberfeldy, before ready for steam-bending and exterior furniture (wood for interior furniture goes through an extra kiln drying process).
